Legal information

This Agreement governs the use of fpr-info.tech (the Site) and the personal account on it. The Site owner and personal data operator is Общероссийская общественная организация «Федерация пауэрлифтинга России» (the Operator). The Site runs on the LSS digital platform (Sportfed, sportfed.ru); its owner, Пашигрев Дмитрий Ярославович, runs the Site technically on the Operator's instruction. By using the Site you accept this Agreement; when registering an account it is accepted with a tick in the registration form.

The Site gives access to information on the federation's activities — the competition calendar, results, rankings and records, registers of athletes, judges and coaches — and to the personal account services: competition and judging entries, signing consents, requests for sports ranks and judge categories, team management.

An account is created by an athlete, coach, judge or the legal representative of a minor athlete; the federation secretary checks the registration application and links the account to the register card. Once the link to the child is confirmed, the legal representative files entries and signs consents for the child. A team captain files team entries and attaches documents signed by the members but gets no right to sign for them. Federation representatives work in the management sections within the rights granted to them. The user must keep their credentials confidential and report a suspected compromise to the Operator; signing documents in the account is governed by the Simple Electronic Signature Agreement.

Site materials may be used for non-commercial purposes with a link to the source unless stated otherwise. This permission does not cover personal data and images of people: they may be further distributed only within the subjects' consents and the law (Article 10.1 of Federal Law 152-FZ, Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). Final competition protocols and rank orders are official documents.

The Site is provided as is. The Operator takes reasonable measures to keep information accurate and the Site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Approved competition protocols are the official source of results.

The Operator may amend this Agreement. A new edition is published on this page with its number and date; earlier editions are available under «Earlier editions». A new edition applies to the use of the Site from its publication date; documents signed earlier are governed by the edition in force on the signing date. Amending the Agreement does not widen the purposes of processing under consents signed earlier: that needs a new consent version to be signed.
