The operator of the personal data processed on fpr-info.tech is Общероссийская общественная организация «Федерация пауэрлифтинга России» (the Operator). Operator's address: 119992, г. Москва, Лужнецкая наб., д. 8, кв. 458. On the Operator's instruction, the personal data are stored, organised and technically processed for the site and the personal account by the owner of the LSS digital platform (Sportfed, sportfed.ru), Пашигрев Дмитрий Ярославович, under a data processing agreement (Part 3, Article 6 of Federal Law 152-FZ); the owner's address is given in the consent texts.

Legal grounds by purpose: taking part in competitions, entries, admission, registers of athletes, judges and coaches, submissions for sports ranks and judge categories — the data subject's written consent (Clause 1, Part 1, Article 6 and Article 9 of 152-FZ); medical clearance — the same consent (Clause 1, Part 2, Article 10); publication — a separate consent to distribution (Article 10.1); the user account — the registration consent (Article 9); keeping competition protocols and rank documents after a consent is withdrawn — for the archival retention periods, on the grounds provided by law (Clause 2, Part 1, Article 6). The Operator is a national sports federation: it publishes the protocols of official competitions it organised or held on its website under Clause 6.2, Part 3, Article 16 of Federal Law 329-FZ of 04.12.2007 (Clause 11, Part 1, Article 6 of 152-FZ); any other publication is made only within the consent to distribution.

Data subjects: athletes, including minors, and their legal representatives; sports judges; coaches; users registered on the site; federation representatives and staff. Data: account details (full name, date of birth, sex, region and city, e-mail, phone, declared roles); competition entry details (team, coach, weight class, results, fee payment, insurance, anti-doping training, medical clearance mark); the signer's details in consents (registered address, identity document), and for a legal representative also the document proving the authority; records of signing documents with a simple electronic signature and of sign-ins (date and time, IP address, browser); documents for admission to competitions and for sports ranks and judge categories; data from competition protocols and rank orders; for judges — the place of work. Organising and holding official sports competitions: entries, credentials committee, weigh-in, admission; competition paperwork; registers of athletes, judges and coaches; submissions for sports ranks and judge categories; publishing competition results, rankings and records — within the consent to distribution; running the user account and the personal account; informing about the federation's activities.

Only the data the subject allowed in the consent to distribution are published, and only on the resources listed there: full name, year of birth, sex, region, federation and team, sports rank, weight class and bodyweight, results and places, coach, performance videos and competition broadcasts, and personal sponsors when that service is ordered. The full date of birth appears only in competition protocols to the extent required by the Unified All-Russian Sports Classification. The profile photo, contacts, addresses, passport data, medical clearance and other documents of athletes are not published.

The site uses service cookies needed to sign in to the personal account and preference cookies (sport, region, federation, theme). No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are used; an embedded third-party broadcast player loads only after the visitor clicks, and only then may that platform set its own cookies. Personal data are stored on servers located in the Russian Federation and transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS). Data not subject to publication are available to authorised Operator staff and persons it admitted to processing; to the recipients named in the consents (the national sports federation, the federations organising competitions) within the purposes stated there; and to the platform owner as the processor. Medical clearance data are available only to the competition organiser and the person who filed the entry.

The data subject may obtain information on the processing of their data, demand its correction, blocking or destruction, withdraw a consent and demand that distribution stop, by writing to the Operator (119992, г. Москва, Лужнецкая наб., д. 8, кв. 458) or via the personal account. Time limits: an answer to a request — 10 working days, extendable by up to 5 working days with notice (Article 20); stopping distribution — 3 working days from the demand (Article 10.1); on withdrawal of the processing consent — processing stops and data are destroyed within 30 days, except data kept by law (competition protocols, rank documents); a demand to stop processing — 10 working days, extendable by up to 5 (Part 5.1, Article 21); unlawful processing — stopped within 3 working days, data destroyed within 10 (Part 3, Article 21); a rejected registration application — 30 days after the decision; a medical certificate scan — after the competition ends. Reorganisation of the Operator is not a ground for destroying data.
