Legal information
A map of consents and signatures: what a participant signs, where and before whomWhat a participant signs on the federation site and where: from registration to a competition entry. This is the map; the texts themselves are on the neighbouring tabs, and only they are signed in the personal cabinet.
- Step 1
Registration on the site
The registration form has three checkboxes, all required. The personal data consent for the account is a short one — only for creating the account and the secretary's review; it does not cover competitions. The terms of use cover the site and the cabinet. The agreement on the simple electronic signature explains how the e-mail code becomes your signature. Then an e-mail to confirm the address and a review by the federation secretary.
- Step 2
Personal cabinet, “Consents” tab
Two separate documents are signed for taking part in competitions: the consent to the processing of personal data (with the signer's address and passport details) and the consent to the processing of data allowed for distribution (with the choice of items and prohibitions). The signature is electronic: read the text to the end, tick the box, enter the six-digit code from the e-mail. The first card on the tab is the e-signature agreement: whether it is accepted and which version. Signing is there too; a withdrawal is requested from the same tab and takes effect once the federation secretary confirms it, within three working days; the signature history is at the bottom of the tab.
- Step 3
Competition entry
In the entry wizard and the admission strip of the account, consents are marked next to RUSADA, insurance and the medical certificate. The secretary decides on admission: without the processing consent one cannot take part, and if data needed for the protocol are excluded from the distribution consent — only by the organiser's decision. The secretary sees the electronic signature in entries and the nomination, the judge at weigh-in. The second source of the mark is a scan of the paper form on the athlete card: uploading it, the secretary marks which consents the form holds and whether it sets prohibitions, and the scan covers only those.
- Step 4
Other ways to sign
For a child under 18 the legal representative signs on the “My children” tab — once the federation secretary has confirmed the link with the child; the texts are the same, in the edition for minors. A rank or referee category request needs a separate data transfer consent — for each request. A person applying for themselves signs it with a code from the e-mail. Requests for team members are filed by the captain, and from the federation by its staff member, with no e-signature: the request wizard prints the statement and consent blanks, the athlete or judge signs them by hand (a minor's consent is signed by the legal representative), and the captain attaches the scans to the request. Paper consent blanks for competitions are printed for a minor without a representative in the system and for an adult who does not sign electronically.
- Step 5
Who and before whom
The operator in every document is the federation of the site you register or sign on: Общероссийская общественная организация «Федерация пауэрлифтинга России». The recipients of the data are named in the processing consent: a regional federation passes them to the national federation and to the federations organising competitions, the national one to the regional federations. The technical operation of the Sportfed platform and data storage are provided by its owner as a processor acting on the operator's behalf — under a contract, to the extent and for the purposes named in the consent. A consent can be withdrawn by a request from the cabinet — it takes effect once the federation secretary confirms it, within three working days — or by a statement to the operator; the data subject's rights and how to apply are in the privacy policy.
